Using SVN for OOP344

I created the directory in my local machine and checked out the SVN last week Now, I have a copy of whole notes and tests from professor. Today, I created the sub directory with my account id and add it. I tried to commit the SVN but I can not do it and it is fail and also I have a red circle with exclamation. I am so confused with SVN but I know it takes time to understand.
